1. Coworkers are nice and chill 2. Good benefit 3. Good work life balance if all you want is a stable income

1.Very slow-paced company and can get political 2.Not much learning/growth opportunity for what you want to do and management doesn’t care even if they said so. They only care about if their stuff get done or not 3.Not the best place to work if you want to have a a career in software development as there is not a lot of mentorship and the projects are not that exciting, 4.There are a bunch of people who have been here for 10-20 years and refuse to flow with changes and learn new things but stick to what they know which makes collaboration with them exceedingly hard because things are always changing in the tech field
