- You don't need lots of relevant experience to join the team (Managers train you up) - Good projects and cross-functional leadership opportunities - Challenging work environment
Cons
- Lots of turnover - Poor culture (long hours, competitive and stressful, big focus on projects over people, serious vibe, old school leadership practices) - Compensation is very average - If a Manager doesn't like you, you get limited visibility & opportunities to grow - No separate salary band for experienced professionals (new grads come in as specialists) - Poor leadership: management engages in a lot of credit stealing, command and control leadership style, expect to be micromanaged and ignored for your contributions in meetings

Meeting and speaking with many new people a day. Bell at the time I had worked there at least, had great promo’s that was attractive to most. Had a great time selling Bell Fibe products. Good opportunity for advancement if your sales volume and new applications are high
