I worked at Bell Canada full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If you are a new grad, get in here for some work experience but leave as soon as possible.

    Cons

They will hire you at a really crap pay for a university grad (around $58k) because they know new grads are desperate these days and make you do work that needs to be paid close to $100k. They will overwork you - literally the work you do is stressful everyday and there is no work life balance. The salary structure is horrible and the work sucks out your soul. Don't go here if you care about your mental health. Their mental health initiatives are pointless because they don't give a crap about your mental health.

    Pros

Lots of wonderful people to work with. Good benefits. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow if you want to.

    Cons

Typical corporate job with little work life balance depending on what department you are in. Lower pay range for mid-level managers. Don’t value teleworking.
