    Lots of wonderful people to work with. Good benefits. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow if you want to.

    Typical corporate job with little work life balance depending on what department you are in. Lower pay range for mid-level managers. Don’t value teleworking.

    I worked at Bell Canada part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    They offer good benefits, and take care of their employees correctly. They are also good with mental health, and if you put in a LOT of effort, you can make good money

    Cons

    The sales consultants are expected to also know how to change every single phone on display, so you are also considered a technician to their eyes. The targets are always very competitive, and there are so many metrics to hit. if you don't hit them, you risk getting fired. Most of the time, you see shady consultants taking advantage of customers, and this is very upsetting.

    I have been working at Bell Canada full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good benefits, pension offering, stock purchase plan, different levels of medical and dental insurance. Tons of opportunities to learn within the company. Interaction with all levels of employees across the business.

    Cons

    Tons of bickering within management. Unclear direction, strategy is all over the place. Lack of respect for time, think 9 hour meetings back to back on a daily basis. 1AM meetings. Micromanagers. Leadership who takes your work when its good and takes credit for it. However when something happens you'll be on the table for blame.
