Unrealistic quota goals
10 Apr 2023 - Mid Market Account Executive in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company is actually a lot of fun. The people are very friendly and nice. Universally, the culture is great!
Cons
This company has so much potential. It's so sad. The mid-market division was poorly operated from the top down. If you are offered a mid-market AE position, say NO! Quotas were way way too high, no one was getting there except maybe 1 or 2 out of 12 AE's. I never had a manager on any sales calls my first 12 months on the job. Managers were able to see the writing on the wall, and they were resigning left and right. Managers who had been there YEARS. II had 3 managers in less than 12 months! It's concerning when NO MID MARKET AE's ever made president's club.

Illegal and non compliant business handling
19 Mar 2023 - Solutions Consultant in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Some of the people at / who were with the company I will remain friends with or connected. I got some good connections out of my time and mentorship.
Cons
Terrible handling of global business ventures and team structuring and integration - especially in protected classes. I’ve never faced so much shame and discrimination and escalations without real cause for setting normal and proper boundaries to avoid working 7 days a week. The company can’t decide what the actual growth trajectory is and what fields / clients are profitable. Bad reputation amongst top spend clients. No investment on enhancing technology. Inability to PR spin every major failure and relies on name dropping partnerships for credibility when it is not actually backed by facts (ironic for a company that is based on tech/analytics and results). Unless you are a typical tech bro, you will be constantly battling internal parties who should be your considered your team and you will leave feeling shamed and isolated for calling out misbehavior even by the HR director. Leaders lack general business knowledge and ethics for their baseless pricing markups that cheat their clients.
