    Great/friendly people, reasonable pay, good benefits, great work environment, amazing President!

    High volume, no work life balance, high pressure, big work load, the wrong people move up in the company then end up leaving or getting fired.

    Pros

    Very rewarding career, making a difference in people's lives who are unable to help themselves. Great in-service opportunities Pay isn't bad but for the work we do as caregivers psw's in general should be paid more

    Cons

    In office seems unorganized and client files were normally not up to date. Having last minute clients added or removed from your schedule with no heads up. Not getting paid when a client cancels care. Some coordinators were rude and not understanding
