Benefits that don't overcome the downside

Good for making money, they are always short staff, so you can do crazy hours (70 per week if you want) and they pay double on the weekends in some locations.
Cons
- Most toxic supervision and management I ever had. - They mess up your hours if you call sick as a "punishment" or take out you weekend hours and give to someone else ( as they pay double everyone want to do weekends) - They are highly disorganized, always missing essential food - We put out +-5 kg of food every meal (3x day) and we are not allowed eating for free, you have to pay for your food and not cheap. - Good managers have passed and tried to change but they cant handle the toxic environment that have been extending for years and years, I was there 3 years and had 5 different managers - You Have to control the hours you work and how much you have received every week because the mess up the payment constantly and pay you less than they should - They give us more responsibilities than they should, witch makes all employees unsatisfied with their job because they cant do it properly due to overload - Supervisors covering a physical abuse during work witch was brought to court by the victim (abuser was fired) but nothing happened with company or the supervision that neglected the victim and neglected a log employees complain previously to that. - Hospital not happy with the service of Baxter so the communication between hospital staff and baxters is most time aggressive - You never know when you are gonna work, rooster changes every time, is not fixed, they sometime do 2 weeks rooster, but sometimes on Wednesday they release if you are gonna work next day or not. So you can plan anything in you personal life because of that

- Good pay. My hourly wage went from €8.65 to €10.50 to €11.00 to €14.00. - Managers/supervisors are approachable and easy to talk to. - Managers/supervisors/co-workers etc. mostly very nice and pleasant to work with. - Customers (staff and visitors) mostly pleasant and easy to talk to.

- Lack of communication between supervisors. - Very quick staff turnaround. - Acknowledgement of jobs done well/properly almost non-existent. - No Christmas bonus
