Not the best, not the worst

      Pros

Remote work, decent (but not great) benefits, good bonus structure for non-sales staff. Many business units = opportunity to learn about a wide variety of products. Lateral position moves between departments is encouraged when opportunities arise.

      Cons

Travel and educational budgets were cut dramatically due to the pandemic, but now that the health rules are easing up a bit, we're not seeing a concurrent increase in travel and education funds. Probably due in part to the alleged spin-off of Bausch & Lomb, but no one is able to confirm that (very tight lid on information, as is appropriate). R&D staff in some business units is not held accountable for missing target delivery dates year after year, which puts pressure on other business units, including regulatory affairs, to pick up the slack. Compensation for long-time employees often lags significantly behind new hires, but executive management has indicated that there are no plans to rectify the discrepancies.

Great company terrible lower level management

      Pros

Great benefits, overtime if desired, great upper management (Manager and Director), cross training is encouraged, and additional site experiences (Food trucks, yoga classes, etc)

      Cons

Terrible lower level management (Some of the Team Leads and the Supervisors lack leadership skills and create a chaotic work environment), management favored certain employees despite actual work output, last minute shift changes, and drama on certain shifts (not all).

Hours were great 6-2:30. Allot of gossip but if you avoid it the better. Great opportunities to move up in positions

      Pros

Great benefits, vacation was 120 hours and sick time was 48 hrs. Bonus given on a yearly basis. Location was small.

      Cons

Gossip ladies, preference for people, lack incentives, spent money on the customer, audit people instead of workers. Management lacked supporting manufacturing issues

      Pros

Great benefits for permanent employees (non-temp). Pay is pretty good if you can argue a good salary.

      Cons

This place is definitely top heavy. Managers have managers that have supervisors. The politics makes working here difficult some times. You have to watch your back and mind what you say, because anyone could be listening or watching you on a camera. Big brother is big indeed.
