    Pros

Mostly project based. Either the show appeals to you or not. Standard pay. Standard get the most bang for their buck

    Cons

Anti social vibe . every project is managed differently

    Advice to Management

Sharing thoughts, reviews and critiques on individuals performances should be kept private and professional . stop favoring those with the gift of gab

I worked at Bardel Entertainment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place to start your career and possibly move up the ranks if you work hard . Efforts are openly being made to improve productions and the studio as a whole. Generally everyone is pretty friendly, some fun events and learning sessions every now and then.

    Cons

Middle management is a mess and have no clear direction to work towards. Miscommunication is rampant with a lot of politics and people who aren't right for the job title they hold. The studio space is a dive. Productions frequently have OT because of poor planning or pipeline issues. Most capable people end up leaving for better jobs.

    Advice to Management

Focus on getting the right people from top to bottom. Don't aim too high, get good at running smooth productions and building an environment people want to work in before taking on ambitious projects.

I worked at Bardel Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Still a handful of kind and talented artists in the building

    Cons

Management are only out to serve themselves and fill their bank accounts. Loyalty and hard work don't really pay off in this environment. There is one core team of people that benefit at Bardel and the rest get discarded as need be without regard for their commitment or length of tenure. There is a lack of accountability for decisions, and it's not quite the team atmosphere that it pretends to be. Don't work here unless you're junior and you need the experience.

    Cons

If you're not part of the club, it wears you down slowly. Poor benefits, no communication, terrible work-life balance.
