    I have been working at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

    The benefits are great and the development teams are great

    Cons

    Too much micro management; Salaries are not in line with the market; A lot of hoops to jump through for promotion that are not aligned with your role; Management hire based on meeting statistic rather then the best person for a position and it affects the teams;

    I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great benefits with the highest paid tellers. The child care reimbursement program is amazing. Bank of America on a company level cares about their employees I think. There is plenty room to grow and lots of career advancement opportunities. Your team quickly becomes your second family.

    Cons

    The culture of BofA is quickly going downhill and has changed so much in the last few years. There is plenty of room to grow, but it is very political. Micromanagement is now the culture.

    I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great Benefits, Pay, People, Friends, Foes

    Cons

    I was basically a full time CSR. No one sticks around because management and HR can be absurdly cruel. This job will make you hard and the clients will slowly kill your soul until you are a completely different person.

    I have been working at Bank of America part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great pay and great benefits, including pay for child care.

    Cons

    My particular branch manager would often lose her temper and verbally abuse her employees. It made for a very stressful work environment. Market leader always believes her side of the story, so there’s nothing you can do about it.
