    Big Company, opportunities to grow, friendly enviroment, owners passion.

    Cons

    Leadership still don´t know which way the company should go, lack of communcation, no clearness about the purpose and the strategy. A lot of opportunities but no right direction to go.

    #Less stress and peaceful environment. #Employees are friendly and helpful.

    Cons

    #No career growth unless you are a Brazilian. # No training , no career planning.Literally HR doesn't exist and does nothing to develop an employee.
