I have been working at Avis Budget Group part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It's a great company overall. If you really know how to sell, you can make great commission. It is a fast paced environment.

    Cons

Management is very rude. They do not know how to be professional in a work environment. The pressure is high to sell. You would have to racially discriminate against customers at times.

I have been working at Avis Budget Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

It’s a great career to get into if you are learning about customer service and sales. The job offers unique challenges and often gives you new upcoming product knowledge to autos.

    Cons

Not all locations participate equally so often you might have a customer rent from a different location expecting it to be the same in all locations. If you work at am airport location the hours can be erratic and it does not always offer a steady fixed schedule. Training takes forever for new recruits and often this results a short staff.
