      Pros

      GMP experience, LIMS, LES and very good for pipette training which is good when looking to move job ( Will not be long until you plan on leaving).

      Cons

      Micro-managed like nothing you would ever imagine . Belittled and spoken or typed to in a passive aggressive manner from manager. Jobs such as glassware cleaning very degrading for graduates who have been through 4 years of a University degree. Kept in 5/10 mins late often for micro management talks. Threats to Lab Associates common at least once a month. Manager has no idea of role and/or experience. Passive aggressive behavior common from manager. Terrible benefits. 2 months notice .

      Pros

      Huge portfolio and deeply embedded into their customers procedures Nice hard working people. Large international company with scope to move around.

      Cons

      Serious lack of structure in all processes. Isolated teams with noone knowing anything outside of their remit at all. Not one person knows the full process from ordering from a supplier to it landing with the customer which leads you to asking multiple teams for advice with all of them giving conflicting answers. No onboard training plan at all. Literally left to do the job from day 2. Management don't really have an idea of how things are going on the ground and when told it's generally pushed aside.
