Very nice deal team to work with.

EA's in London are micromanaged which creates a difficult environment. The team feel very suffocated and stressed because of this.

Ambitious organisation with a very international employee base. Provides opportunities to grow within the organisation - evidenced by the new CEO, as well as senior team members who started at Astorg as a junior team member. Respect for work-life-balance.
