* Extremely non-transparent management. * Low salaries with no possibility of negotiation * Benefits close to none (bike to work scheme advertised as a benefit, wow) * Very limited room for advancement * Promise of "free lunch" was actually just crisps, candy and soft drinks. * Lack of recognition * Extreme knowledge gaps between people who are SUPPOSED to perform the same job, for the same salary * No structured guidelines on what is and is not allowed to be performed in the role, and written instructions either outdated or not applying for vendors/contractors.

- work with Google products, tools, PC - perks (free snacks for the fastest people in canteen) - pension&health insurance (after completion of 6 months of probationary period) - quaterly bonus (max. 4% of salary) based on performance

- dilettante management (especially Operation Leads) who is constantly demotivating employees - non-transparent system of promotion (better jobs are for ''very close friends'' of TeamLeaders/Operations Lead only) - low salary and low bonus - more strict criteria for bonus (targets getting more difficult to reach, min. 98% of performace for getting a bonus)

- learned a lot of new things within AdWords - free snacks - optimizer colleagues are very friendly and nice people

- low salary, lousy bonus - pushy targets (productivity and quality) - very limited career opportunities - management is telling the lies about department expansion from 100 up to 500 optimizers this year however instead of that in real they are giving out mass dismissals to 23 people in these days. (More over the employees have received the announcement about their dismissal just 1month and 1 week in advance. In addition company does not offer any extra redundancy, just follows strictly minimum by law 2weeks/each year of service). If you decide to join the company, be very careful, because the reduction of departments is very frequent (2x per 6 months in 2 differenct departments).

Pros

The atmosphere and the people around were inspiring. being in middle management for a Google project, I had the chance to have the greatest managers I ever crossed path with; it is an amazing learning environment to strive for excellence. Salaries are the same for the same work, there is no room for negotiations.

Cons

Low salaries and a very high amount of work. It is very difficult to advance or change and if you work in training and quality there is no real career path if you don't want to switch to operations.

Canteen (provided by Microsoft), lower management ok, trying to make your life easier when possible, flexible starting time (unofficial, totally depending on your manager)

Awful new location in Leopardstown, ZERO parking for employees anywhere nearby, as the building car park was taken over by Microsoft, low salary, ridiculous overtime for some teams, Annualised Hours working system. No clear progression path, very few opportunities to grow, lack of appreciation for good work. Working from home not allowed. Agents expected to do higher position job without being given the title or any extra money!

Great multicultural environment, helpful staff, great to start your career and gain some experience. Nice atmosphere, staff parties at least twice a year.

Very low salaries comparing to other BPO companies. Long working hours during peak periods, no work-life balance. No possibility to work from home.

Very low salaries without an option for a raise. Any type of negotiations are quickly refused. No training. No recognition. No promotion. Here it all depends of who you know and not how you perform. Most managers got their positions because of their friends on even higher positions.So it created a circle of self admiration. Managers without management skills or people skills. They attempted "great place to work" once and because the results were at the very bottom, they never bothered again.
