    Pros

    Worked on and saw major manufacturing equipment and processes. Great to see such a large scale facility.

    Was away from home in rural setting

    Cushy hours, management is better then it use to be

    No overtime, hard to get information regarding business progress, No confidentiality when it comes to talking to hr about other staff.

    Interesting work opportunities Wide variety of experiences available in the right job Good job security up until now, many years of secure employment so far.

    Cons

    Obviously, now being in administration the days of long term job security are coming to an end. The company sometimes has a lack of ability to focus on the real value adds and tends to pursue the current fad in management technique.

    Good salary package and wide variety of engineering work with huge experience gains -- very technical and challenging work

    Cons

    Relatively poor cash flow with lots of micro management, very average opportunities and employee relations
