    Pros

    Work life balance is good.

    Cons

    Management is not great. Lots of politics when comes to promotion. You really have to shine in entire company leadership so that they see you and after that your manager have to be convinced that you’re fit for promotion. It’s very difficult. Very low salary when compared to market.

    Pros

    Smaller company makes networking easier and connecting to leadership less cumbersome; diverse and inclusive; very flexible work environment that made it easy to flex around your schedule, or WFH if necessary.

    Cons

    Really rough benefits for a travel company... No discounts, 15 days of PTO for 5 years (like, what?)... Overall, super disjointed feel - really had a difficult connecting to leaders and colleagues from a personal level and it seemed like nobody knew what was happening ever; too many strong-willed people that would get mad when you offered feedback or advice; didn't feel like there was any clear direction for positions upon start; information constantly changed - literally daily (or multiple times in the day) making it nearly impossible to do your job correctly.
