    Pros

    Great benefits, travel, health, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, 401k with company matching up to 6.5%. Peers and coworkers are great.

    Cons

    Management in several departments within the IOC just don’t seem to care about the teams they manage. It can be very disheartening and discouraging.
