    Nothing! Bad pay U can't travel without money so benefits are useless

    Low pay and if you are late they fire you.

    Advice to Management

    Too many(gazzilion) of managers who don't do nothing but micro manage! Benefits are not good because you are always on standby. And pay is so low so you have no money to use it or time to fly anywhere. They keep talking about some "growth opportunities" but nobody grew from my group instead they left and grew with other companies... I wouldn't work here. I feel as if I'm working for a big dinosaur company

    Pay is good, benefits help you see the world for free.

    Cons

    Con is management, they just want on time departures over customer service. Any delay you will get beaten up for. Profit sharing is a joke 1.4% of your salary vs Delta giving 14%

    SPEND MONEY ON YOUR TEAM INSTEAD OF FANCY HDQ UPGRADES.
