      Pros

      Really nice people, it's more like a big family. Opportunities to move aroind the company and even travel, if the person wishes. Wprking on projects connected to sustainabilty and food security. Company has a good environmental ethos and sense of purpose. Health insurance and pension scheme with matched contributions. Nice offices, with green spaces and ample on-site parking.

      Pros

      Everyone is a team, always looking out for eachother. Communication is strong especially during the pandemic. I love that management and colleagues alike care about you and how you're doing

      Cons

      Can't think of any, location is maybe a little awkward but that's not a showstopper
