    Pros

the people you work with, yet to meet a bad egg. There is also very good learning on the job and a good introduction to banking. experience business, personal, mortgage etc. Work/life balance is also to be admired.

    Cons

career advancement is painfully slow. currently employed for 26 months, completed all qfa exams in this time and am still on same wage as start date. a lot expected, branches somewhat short-staffed and not financially rewarded the same as similar companies in the country. A good starting point for banking/finance but not a long-term solution. Get trained up and get out.
