I worked at Allied Healthcare part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

None can’t think of anything, best thing would be to shut the company down and start again, with different senior leadership team of course as they need to go.

    Cons

Directors are useless at their job, they milk the company and put forward stupid expensive ideas no wonder the company is not doing well. They have no caring nature at all which is ironic seen as though they are a ‘care’ company. Communication in the business is non existent and they are totally unprofessional.

I worked at Allied Healthcare full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free uniform, that's about it really...

    Cons

Pay was not as advertised, bullied to work more hours than I could, huge turnover in staff, made to do shifts when I had not received proper clinical training (very dangerous)

I have been working at Allied Healthcare full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

I have worked for the company for over 11 years and after a number of promotions I have moved from a branch position into a management position that I love at head office. I work in a great function with some incredibly talented people. Management have always been very supportive and we have a culture of promoting from within which is great.

    Cons

The care industry faces a lot of challenges which can make things difficult at times. The company has been through a lot of change over the years but is now very stable and is facing these challenges head on. There has been some brilliant progress in recent times with some fantastic things released, and with some even more exciting things ready to be launched in 2018. I think these will make a real difference and I can really see the company moving in the right direction.
