    Pros

The health benefits. You don't pay to go to the doctor and you get low cost medication.

    Cons

Everything else. The worklife balance, backstabbing, and just plan culture is not good at all. Run!

I have been working at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

large teaching hospital with a lot of learning opportunities; recently obtained Magnet Hospital status; good PTO and healthcare benefits, including a great prescription plan

    Cons

Many departments are poorly managed. HR cannot be trusted. The main campus typically pays less than comparable hospitals in the city, probably due to the high percentage of underprivileged patients it serves (and, thus, its poor financial stability).

    Pros

    Fairly decent work like balance

    Cons

Poor management, safety concerns with lack of metal detectors for a Level I trauma hospital

  9. "Love Hate relationship"

I worked at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network

    Pros

Patient population and the mission. Best OR nurses in all that operating rooms I’ve been to.

    Cons

Unprofessional. Anesthesiologists can be incredibly condescending and insulting, even in front of patients
