      Pros

      What I love most about AgileEngine is the people. Everyone is incredibly collaborative, supportive, and always willing to help. I’m lucky to work with an amazing team that keeps me motivated and makes work genuinely enjoyable. I also really appreciate the flexibility of remote work—it gives me the freedom to manage my time while maintaining a great work-life balance. And even though we work remotely, the company does a great job bringing people together through events and local meetups, which helps create a strong sense of community.

      True Work-Life Balance: The flexibility offered here is incredible. Management genuinely trusts you to get your work done, which makes managing personal and professional life stress-free. Top-Tier Talent: The hiring standard is very high. I work with incredibly capable, smart people every day, which naturally elevates the work and makes my own job a lot easier. Supportive Leadership: Management is approachable, supportive, and actually listens to employees. Great Company Culture & Events: The company puts real effort into bringing people together. The events are genuinely fun and do a great job of building a strong community.

      Fast-Paced Environment: Because the company attracts such capable people, things move quickly, which might be a bit overwhelming at first for people who prefer a slower pace.

      Strong team Culture in a flexible Remote environment

      One of the best things about working at AgileEngine is the flexibility. People truly have the freedom to organize their schedules and choose the timeframes that work best for them, which makes a huge difference in work-life balance. The culture and the people are also amazing. There is a genuine sense of teamwork and support across teams, and you never feel like you're working alone. Another huge benefit is the remote-first environment. Unlike many companies that say they are remote but still expect you to stay in the same city, AgileEngine gives employees the freedom to work remotely with much more flexibility, which allows you to fully enjoy the benefits of remote work.

      Cons

      While compensation in LATAM is fair, there may be opportunities for further growth over time to stay even more competitive with the market. Overall, the company offers many other benefits that make the experience very rewarding.
