Pros

Self motivation to push daily sales target Able to learn on IT products, computer peripherals and much more through direct sales/ retail.

Cons

Abusive management style, scolding for every single thing no matter right or wrong. Constantly reminding how much they are paying you and telling you that you are not worth the salary paid. Not allowed to comment or give ideas.

LITERALLY NONE! They don’t even deserve the one star!

Cons

Join this company at your own risk! Very unfair treatment and unprofessional management! ZERO work life balance! No matter how much effort you put in, the boss will treat you as a ordinary staff with ZERO appreciation! And NEVER introduce anyone to join. They will find means and ways to delay the confirmation of your referee and NOT pay you should you resign! Totally despicable and disgusting behaviour of the management!! I take it that I am doing a charity. Hope this $500 can help them hang on for a few more years!

Pros

A broad spectrum of unlimited workload, orientating you to take on various roles apart from your agreed role as listed per contract, you may gain valuable insights on how to handle simple roles.

Cons

Company has a standard history of prolonging employees' probation from 3 months to 6 months without any written documentation on the revised term for you to acknowledge (and pressuring their staffs to resign afterwards). There is no salary increment/bonuses after probation and they usually cite the 1 reason to employees is that they are performing poorly with zero evaluative criteria for assessment/documentation on their performance. There is no 13-month bonus. Drafted contracts are not in the interests of employees as it is not vetted by any trustworthy union such as NTUC Income and the regulations of their contract do not fully abide by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower law. Every employee staff is given the title "Executive" so that company avoids providing Overtime Pay for extra working hours, may possibly include weekends on top of office hours. Advice: Company usually only hires fresh graduates to pay the lowest minimum wage, accept at your own risk but please look up MOM's rules and regulations before committing to the terms of the contract, you may discuss for amendments to be made. Have to constantly follow management's decision and planning despite pushing for self-initiated ideas on how to improve the business, unable to auto-pilot as the management micro-manages on your daily tasks. There is no budget already allocated for marketing activities. All proposals are subjected to delayed approval and there is a shortage of manpower. Company uses the traditional organisational structure and it has little to zero career progression in the long run. It has a very high employee turnover rate within 6 months.
