Pros
I worked with Adbrew for almost 2 years and the growth has been great. The proximity to founders helped me learn about problems that early stage startups face. There used to be a week long offline meetup once every 3-6 months which was good.
Cons
Feedback was not be taken constructively about some things. But this was just one-off case, nothing major to worry about.
