      The Most Amazing Work Culture

      Pros

      This is by far the most amazing company I have ever worked with. The entire team is working remotely from all over the world. We meet each other twice a week to share our learnings and experiences. The company itself trains us with useful research material and training videos. The entire work culture is amazing. Perfect to maintain a work-life balance. There are pleasant weekly bonuses.

      They are organized. They have a great operation Manager. They use Basecamp perfectly

      Cons

      They require remote workers to use a time tracking app that takes screenshots that violates privacy. They don't have a research team. Fewer opportunities for career growth
