Great environment, management and TL’s are lovely people. Main branch manager really sets the tone

Pay is poor, training could be better

Holidays are usually respected, canteen not awful

Not paid enough for the job done, cattiness on intra-account communication, no sick days allowed (even fire people with diagnosed illnesses that require days off) no upward movement, unrealistic demands that are impossible based on training (or lack thereof) or time given.

Terrible management, expect staff to exceed targets consistently with no appreciation, no bonuses. Every couple of months they provide cupcakes as a "thanks " as if we are children. No sick pay. Absolutely NO career progression despite what they said at the initial interview. They assured me there would be time allocated for staff to shadow other teams to learn new skills. Nobody was ever allowed avail of this.
