I have been working at APCO Worldwide full-time

I have been working at APCO Worldwide full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great accounts and a lot of responsibility from the start. Depending on your manager, you will grow enormously in a short amount of time.

    Cons

Long hours. I can't compare to other agencies, but I usually work 12 hours a day, meaning that there is a hardly a work life balance during the week. Seems difficult to get promoted here.

I worked at APCO Worldwide for less than a year

    Pros

APCO is a great place to work at, you have many opportunities to learn and grow and they give entry-level employees a great deal of responsibility. Excellent culture.

    Cons

They have extremely high expectations of all entry-level employees, meaning that even if you are just a Project Assistant, they will treat you as if you were early-mid level in your career.

I have been working at APCO Worldwide

    Pros

The people are fantastic, and it's such a positive environment. From the time I've spent at the company so far, I can tell it's going to be a place where I can work with a great time but still be independent and pursue my own interests. The opportunities they offer, such as training programs and work-abroad programs, are exciting things I hope to pursue.

    Cons

They don't offer full tuition reimbursement, only partial. Other than that, I can't really think of any downsides I've noticed since working at APCO!
