Great learning experience!
16 Oct 2014 - Graduate Quantity Surveyor in Dublin, DublinRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
A great place to learn a great deal! Young dynamic workforce with great mentoring and a focus on professional development from the beginning. Great people to work with makes for a fun work environment. Company team building exercises are also great fun when organised! Direct exposure to some excellent projects both locally and globally!
Cons
Environment is very fast, long hours are almost expected (leaving on time seems rare). Starting salary is a bit lower than some other companies (but reviews occur every 6 months).
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good benefits (incl. flexible hours, 25 days of annual leave, health insurance, etc.) Varied work
Cons
No set salary tier (someone with less experience may earn more than you) Stressful work environment with agile desk policy in the office and unrealistic overtime expectations

Great Company
3 Nov 2021 - Senior Engineering Manager in Tampa, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
It is a large international firm with many diverse project types. Strong multidiscipline technical team and a great work environment. Great career growth potential with opportunities to diversify and grow different skill sets.
Cons
Its a large international firm so the bureaucracy is what you would expect it to be. Upper management does not communicate well with staff.

Individuals generally good to work with, but administration shows it doesn't care about employees regularly
12 May 2021 - Noise Specialist in Providence, RIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Working on a wide variety of projects in scope and location, work includes large inter-disciplinary teams as well as focused groups - good collaboration all around. Field work comes in often and is well-supported in safety and financially
Cons
Administration shows often it doesn't care about employees, from removing annual raises in 2020 to shifting to a hotel desk work environment, encouraging employees to work from home without offering any equipment resources to do so (which, given the lack of raises, it would seem they can afford). Time sheet is due Friday 9:00 AM, which often leaves employees guessing at what they'll be working on - typically causes a scramble to fill out and submit time sheets before work on Friday

Pros
Diversity of people and projects. Opportunities to work in all parts of the world. Flexible work environment.
Cons
Lack of experienced project support (architects and engineers). Corporate culture sometimes gets in the way of executing projects. A lot of the senior leadership are either young and highly ambitious people but lack good leadership skills, experience and understanding or older, senior people who are overbearing and inflexible.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Numerous opportunities for collaboration with team members from across the globe, within specific business groups and beyond. Lots of resources and educational opportunities online and at no cost to employees. Flexible benefit packages. Overall great work environment.
Cons
Some business processes are challenging for a newcomer to figure out, but lots of resources and support available along the way.
