Pros
Decent benefits such as pension and healthcare Flexibility in working from home
Cons
Below market salary Ulitization driven (staff made to feel like a number) Good staff are overworked while weak staff are let away with doing little to nothing. No benefit in working hard as weak staff and strong staff get equally reimbursed, as all staff are just a number. Poor career progression. Little to no communication from management to see are staff satisfied. High failure rate for professional memberships due to lack of support. Cash driven, the second your utilization drops your job is in jeopardy.

Pros
My boss is amazing and I love my coworkers. Getting a wide range of experience.
Cons
AECOM has made it clear, especially right now, that you are just a number to them. Furloughs all around and lots of people leaving the company. Promised bonuses for every employee that had their salary reduced during the first shut down and now they aren’t offering it to employees that were furloughed or dropped to part time. No performance based raises this year. No cost of living raises. No raises for people who accepted more responsibility in new roles.

Good but not Great

Good work community. Work life balance is decent. Many opportunities for growth and development.
Cons
Constant search for work. Many employees are horribly underpaid. Management claims to care but overall you are just a number to a company like this.
