-Pay: you have nights you make great money. -A lot depends on staff you are working with. -Good sites are awesome to work. -Flexible scheduling. -Once you make it to being a lane manager/supervisor writing tickets you will make great money. -If you have drive, work hard, and are personable you will easily accel past coworkers. -The big guys aren't personable and treat you as tools to make money whether you hustle hard or slack off and do nothing.

-Shady company. -If you are actually fit, hustle, take initiative, and work hard most of the other valet attendants will exclude you due to laziness. -If you are lane supervisor/manager people will try to steal your tips and take care of your clients and possibly ruin some client relationships. -People often call out and that extra slack needing to be picked up definitely effects your income for the evening if not everyone is on the same page. -Don't travel to sites or events unless forced, it wont be worth your time. -If the site you are assigned to isn't a good one you are screwed, you won't make much, and good luck transferring. -If you leave them for the other valet hospitality companies in the area they definitely will judge you in the beginning for working for them given history of 717.
