Pros
Genuinely cares about their employees. Great progression opportunities. You have continuous support in every single area. Whatever you need, you just need to ask and people will always be willing to help. Perhaps my biggest pro is the people. Everyone was super friendly from the get go. Can't speak highly enough of my former colleagues from the top management down.

Pros
Extremely fair, easy-going company who genuinely care about the staff. All employees get access to the Employment Assistance Programme which is a confidential service, fully funded by the company, to support the mental wellbeing of employees. After six months, employees are giving a Laya healthcare package, which is great as this looks after your Physical health. The thing that I love the most about the company is the people. In the jobs I have had in the past, this is by far the nicest company I have ever worked for, so much so I had left the company to pursue a different career but had soon returned to 123Ink and have not looked back.

There is not one good thing about this business or the people running it.
Cons
I worked with two extremely unprofessional people who are very highly strung and egotistical. There are little to no formal policies or procedures in place within the business. You get little to no training to support you in your role. They pay below market average. There is one person in higher management who is extremely destructive and who believes that they are not a micromanager, despite them doing everything in their power to have control and get the credit for everything that happens within the business. The culture in 123ink is "all about the people" yet the two main people I worked with were the most impersonable, grossly incompetent, over-cherished people that will never leave. I would advise you to avoid this business.

Pros
The staff are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed which makes working there more enjoyable. The company allows for movement between divisions if you want to change up your job. The company is very understanding when it comes to time off for personal circumstances.
Cons
Due to the current size of the company, the ability to climb internally is small.

Company is always evolving and constant plans being put together. You won't ever have a day where you are looking for work to do. Always growing and looking to improve. Plenty of job opportunities. Competitive salary. Excellent staff atmosphere.

Job growth can be specific to particular departments.

Great work/life balance, fantastic people and open communication. I trust the people I work for, enjoy the work I do and have pride in the service we provide. Fantastic team atmosphere with a solid progression path!

Pros
There's a free 3-day company holiday once a year, they call it a business trip but it's really just a holiday.
Cons
Management style is very "yell at you and berate you until you fall in line" questioning anything in the slightest will get you yelled at. Regardless of your own qualifications you will be treated like you know nothing about your job.
