I worked at 123.ie full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good team members - That’s basically it

    Cons

Managers and Team Leaders don’t give enough enough to their staff. You’re literally not allowed to go and SPEAK to the customer care manager if you have a question and your team leaders are in a meeting and not available. That being said even if they are there they rarely don’t care! They mark all your calls down and pick out the slightest problems. It’s no wonder that the turnover in staff is so high with people leaving and getting fired for the most stupid things. Also they say if you need to talk to them you can but if you bring something to their attention they basically just pawn you off ! No one I started with is working there anymore. Stay clear and don’t bother, you won’t be there long ! You will either be sacked for something so minimal or leave on your own accord. TL’s are a girls club and all just stick together

    I worked at 123.ie full-time

    Pros

    Exams, nice work building

    Cons

Management and TL’s, no progression. I was called into a meeting and asked why I was wearing leggings with my dress? I was called into a meeting and asked why I was asleep at my desk for leaning on my hand using my phone 45 mins before opening time as I got in early. The calls are monitored and they score you down on anything they can to belittle you. I was told I am not allowed use the word ‘unfortunately’, and heard the TL use it on a call later that day. I lost my bonus, I’m sure she didn’t. Went to HR to explain the unfair bullying towards me and nothing was done at the time. I left my notice and left after 4 months.
