    I have been working at 123.ie full-time

    Pros

You start off at a good wage and have the availability to earn a bonus based on you performance each month. You are pushed to get your APA exams done, which once you pass 3 your salary increases to 27000.

    Cons

Targets are more important than employee's well being. Can be quite stressful but you are met with "it's your job"

    Pros

Good team members - That’s basically it

    Cons

Managers and Team Leaders don’t give enough enough to their staff. You’re literally not allowed to go and SPEAK to the customer care manager if you have a question and your team leaders are in a meeting and not available. That being said even if they are there they rarely don’t care! They mark all your calls down and pick out the slightest problems. It’s no wonder that the turnover in staff is so high with people leaving and getting fired for the most stupid things. Also they say if you need to talk to them you can but if you bring something to their attention they basically just pawn you off ! No one I started with is working there anymore. Stay clear and don’t bother, you won’t be there long ! You will either be sacked for something so minimal or leave on your own accord. TL’s are a girls club and all just stick together

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at 123.ie full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Commission can be high if willing to put in extra hours

    Cons

Stifling micromanagement, team leaders look for ways to trip you up as it lowers commission. Pressured to work through lunches, retaliation if you dont
