I worked at Ørsted full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Excellent benefits and working environment - In general most colleagues are very nice. - Senior Management are visible.

    Cons

    - Duplication of effort all over the business and far too easy for individuals to build empires. - Lots of commercial/strategy/finance people who push paper. Leads to a lot of people being involved in decision making. - None of Senior Management have 'ruthless' trait, which means risk of business becoming bloated. - Centralised decision making largely in Denmark, so hard to build a career in London, Germany for... example.
