Pros
The work hours are scheduled in such a way that you have long breaks, which, if you were to look for a silver lining, gives you long breaks.
Cons
Much like other Swedish schools, there's just no coherent structure, on any level. In fact, the lack of hierarchy and structure is seen as something laudable and "democratic". As such, however, there is redundancy, miscommunication, and so on.
