I have been working at albelli full-time (Less than a year)
albelli is a company that welcomes new employees with open arms. What I really like about the company is that the colleagues are open and honest to each other. Together we ensure that we achieve our goal.

Advice to Management
There are two locations, one in The Hague and one in Amsterdam. Make sure those two locations always will feel like one company.
I applied online. I interviewed at albelli (Amsterdam (Netherlands)) in April 2017.
After submitting my application I got invitation to technical interview with Senior Web Analyst
Guy was very friendly and the whole interview process was pretty much comfortable
I was mainly asked about my job experience and technologies used
Yesterday, albellians participated in the Make-A-Wish Business Challenge. We worked together in teams to fulfill wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses, and to not only give them an unforgettable day, but to also give them the strength and belief to get better. Last Wednesday, albelli played host to the 2nd UX meet-up of 2018, organised by the "Amsterdam UX" community. This time, the topic was "Innovation and boundaries: UX and the spaces in-between".
Kevin Richardson, delivered a compelling speech about the responsibility of UX professionals to give users what they need, not just what they want.
