    I applied through an employee referral I interviewed at Zapier (Canada)


    I was referred by an employee, and was contacted shortly after to begin the interview process. There was a Recruiter screen, Hiring Manager interview, a take-home assignment, an interview with another People Partner and Legal, and a final interview with a People Partner and L&D Leader.

    The process was lengthy, but it was great to meet various members on the team, and have interviews and assignments centred around the exact sorts of scenarios that will be seen in the role. The recruiter was very high touch, and never left me wondering when I hear from the team. It was a great candidate experience.

    Scenario based assignment and interview questions. Other behavioural questions about past experiences - all logical questions that anyone who has experience in the role would be able to respond to.
