Pros

Remote flexibility if needed & the majority of staff on recruiting team that make working there bearable

Cons

Viaquest does not like change. They do not value the employees that truly put time in and go above and beyond. If you are out working others and extend a hand to help and be their go to person they

Advice to Management

Work with your staff to go over on how to fix things versus giving them finally writtens or terminations over things that can be fixed. Build up the moral. Defend the team better. Be in the trenches

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ViaQuest (United States) in Mar 2022

    Interview

A brief introductory call was set up to cover the fine points of the role, but interviewer was poorly informed on the specifics. Could not offer much in the way of expectations, but I told her I'm interested in learning more and would like to move to the next phase. She agreed, and three days later I received a vague email wishing me luck in my job hunt. I had to ask for clarification as it wasn't clear that they were moving ahead with other candidates.
