Interview
The interview process was not a long one at all. I only went through two interviews before I had an offer extended to me. I had heard from someone on the inside that sometimes they make you go through a third interview if they are still unsure about you. However, this was not the case for me.
The people I interviewed with were very kind and laid back. The second interview was with two managers who were straight forward but also very kind and showed their personalities a little as well. I even misunderstood a question they gave me and they let me answer the question again after they corrected me.
One thing that was very helpful during the interview process was that they gave you hints about what sort of questions they would ask in the interview and also gave a helpful link to a website that shared tips on how to best answer interview questions.InterviewTell me a time when you turned a negative into a positive.
