Due to the impacts of Covid-19, we have seen many other company's slowly start to downsize and adapt. Here at Sungrade, we have always been implementing changes and new techniques to better our future. We like to share how we have been able to Adapt and Overcome in these challenging times. Due to restrictions and health safety in many different cities and states, we adapted more of our operations to the digital world. We have created safe in-home remote appointments, utilizing zoom and google hang-outs for our clientele's safety and ease of use. Our reps are even taking time helping elderly and non tech savvy, get answers via phone call, text messages, e mails and going the extra mile helping them get on to web meetings, teaching them. We've enhanced back-end protocols allowing our current customers to have better access to help and remedy situations they may encounter, or help them get their referral's handles in more timely manners. We have taken many safety protocols for our homeowners safety and health during in-person interactions. and much more. - Stay Safe
