I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They know exactly how to welcome someone into such a big company, with great levels of compensation, vacation, benefits, and they match your contributions to RRSP + stock options. I have never worked for such an amazing company and I hope to work with them again in the future after I complete my schooling. Tons of incentives (at least in my sales position) to work harder and a lot of friendly competition. Attractive bonus structure as well which is based on annual reviews.

    Cons

Easy to feel like just a number, especially when working at their huge offices you feel somewhat insignificant. Takes some getting used to, and with all of the employee services they provide it is easy to realize that Rogers really cares about all of its employees.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. This is nothing short of a perfect workplace.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Rogers Communications (Winnipeg, MB (Canada)) in April 2014.

    Interview

Hiring process is online, even if you currently work for the company and still have to follow protocol process.
Interview is rather easy with a lot of scenario based questions.
