    Pros

Still many people who have a lot of knowledge and insight into the industry
A lot of very dedicated people who will put the company first

    Cons

Highly political - ineffective employees promoted ahead of those that are effective, if they are more well liked by managers
Almost zero accountability from the Director level up - this spreads down through teams
Solid performers get pushed out or let go when they vocalise concerns over lack of accountability among team members, managers, etc.
Award winning culture may have existed earlier in the company's history, but it is mostly lip service to a bygone era

    Advice to Management

Listen when your employees are telling you there are issues with mid-level to upper management. Good people are getting tired and will be starting to leave.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted by email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The interview was informal and the recruiter provided an overview of the role and asked about my work experience and salary expectations. I was invited to an in-person interview then but received confirmation a few days later. The in-person interview was with the manager of the group. It lasted about an hour and was very informal. I felt she wanted to get to know me (personally and professionally) and explain the needs of the team. She mentioned the interview process is many rounds. HR followed up two weeks later and said they were still going through interviews. The next week I received a rejection email.
