I have been working at PURE Canadian Gaming (Less than a year)
My first time to experience a company of this kind. My interview process was conducted by two awesome managers. They're both very pleasant with welcoming attitudes and I had an ardent wish to work with them at that moment. The next interview was with the admirable and very pleasant vice president. Orientation process was conducted by an awesome and eloquent HR person. The orientation process was a great help since it gave me an idea about the goal of the team I am joining. Comes the actual day of action...training...managers, supervisors, co-workers were all very pleasant ,supportive and very helpful that made me feel excited to come back the next day. The phenomenal part of this company...TEAMWORK here is very, very ROBUST. You can see and feel each and everyone's dedication to their task whether they belong to the gaming department or not, to deliver a splendid experience to all guests and I can see guests satisfactions since most of them are cheerful too, so it's a chain reaction. My observation to the magnificent characteristic of this company has a great impact with the warm, down-to-earth and dazzling leadership of the Pres. and CEO
Nothing I can think of.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at PURE Canadian Gaming (Edmonton, AB (Canada)) in June 2017.
Its a personal interview and conducted by two awesome managers that made you feel comfortable and welcome. It's a very friendly environment at that time. Very warm welcoming and will assess your willingness to work with the company
Our Leadership Team always look to engage our staff and get them involved in our business. We recently had a SWOT Analysis, where our team broke into smaller teams and identified the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of PURE. Ideas and analysis from this along with many other employee driven tools such as the All Employee Survey, All Employee Meetings, etc, will drive initiatives and the strategic direction of PURE as we move forward! Thanks to our employees for generating lots of innovative ideas and thank you to our Food and Beverage Team for keeping us well fed as we brainstormed!
Each year, Casino Lethbridge puts up the Tree of Warmth in our front lobby. We gather hats, mittens, and scarves that are distributed to the needy children and adults in our community through the YWCA. With Christmas only a few weeks away, our tree of warmth is looking good! All items will be donated to the YWCA on December 22, 2016.
