I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver James Associates (Dublin, Co. Dublin) in April 2018.
5 stage interveiw process. 3 screening calls. one call with associate consultant, one call with senior associate, call with director, face to face with director and final stage was face to face interview with group director. Interview was what I had expected. You need to really know your strong points and most importantly know why you want to work in recruitment
