NoviCap is the ideal place to boost your career! I've worked here for 2+ years and I couldn't be happier. Managers love new & disruptive ideas, challenging how things are done and being straightforward. The product we sell has been proven to be the best in the market and you can see that with client satisfaction and YoY growth.
The team is awesome, there are multiple different activities organised by employees (book club, debate club, sales training, founder Q&A's, bar-crawling, soccer matches, paddle tenis tournaments...).
If you don't want to work hard and grow, this isn't the place for you (not really a con...)

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at NoviCap (Barcelona (Spain)) in February 2015.
First contact was by email, answering some questions about fintech, NoviCap and the market of invoice finance. After responding to those questions they called me in order to go to the next step: Presencial interview. Then we met and they asked me several questions like:
- Why do you choose Novicap?
- Why do we have to choose you?
And they proved my negotiations skills in a telephone call with their CEO.
After all of this, they told me that they will contact me and in 5 days they told me that they have a position for me. I went there and I began to work with them.
