    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Norwegian Cruise Line in June 2014.

    Interview

They will contact you through Skype if you are not in the USA or if you are applying through an agency then you'll have the chance to face the process which is better in that way. Basically they will ask you about your experience as s photographer, they may require a portfolio and they will test your English! This is a big concern for most of the interviewers but not always happens. I was working with team member who barely speak English.
