The business is constantly growing and this brings with it many challenges and great opportunities to grow with the business .
Legacy issues can impede progress and some long serving staff have difficulty embracing change .
Advice to Management
Ensure middle management rely less on nepotism and more on merit when promoting staff. This will improve the staff retention level and provide a better long term return on our investment in training and development. Our staff are our biggest off balance Sheet asset.
I applied online. I interviewed at Musgrave Group (Dublin, Co. Dublin) in October 2017.
After resume is sent in-> aptitude tests -> video interview
Aptitude tests are fine although you have limited time for two tests so have to work quickly. Cant prepare for them- look at data presented.
