With several years at Talent Fusion, I have seen the company go through many challenges. The progress we have made through our current leadership has been made is outstanding! Our culture has transformed into a place where you no longer feel like you are behind closed doors. Leadership continues to share with us the conversations they are having about Talent Fusion at the top and our successes. Working remotely-the flexibility is awesome. My manager has created a great culture for my entire remote team and we are extremely collaborative. Learning-learning has not stopped, at all. My personal recruiting career has continued to grow due to leadership and teammates.
Nothing negative about Talent Fusion at this time.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Monster Worldwide (Maynard, MA (US)) in June 2009.
Hired as full time from a temporary position, so the interview process waws quick and easy, and was more of a formality.
