I worked at Metalogix Software full-time (More than 3 years)
The software does a good job and there was a really good atmosphere in the trenches as everyone tried to pull together to get deals over the line.
Good pay and commission and opportunities to travel
As mentioned above having the CMO display his new McLaren as Metalogix was taken over by Quest was not a smart move...
Metalogix also paid out far too much based on an assumption that they could keep growing at 30%pa and so when they missed those targets it was a car-crash financially
Holidays and other benefits not great
Lack of progression into Cloud support, this should be changing with the Quest Acquisition.
Advice to Management
The Quest approach is much more stable and keep the OnDemand story going, it will pay off

quick turnaround, be prepared to explain numbers at previous employment, how you'd hit quota working here etc. emphasis on prospecting and transactional sales would be crucial to landing the job.
